btrpkr Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and btrpkr ("btrpkr", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at btrpkr.net.

btrpkr operates under an international gaming licence. The platform offers online sports betting (including cricket and PSL betting), live casino games, slot games, instant games, and related gaming services to eligible players. The platform accepts players from Pakistan and processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms & Conditions apply to all btrpkr services, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game play, customer support interactions, and any use of the btrpkr website or platform interface.

By creating a btrpkr account or by continuing to use an existing account after the publication of an updated version of these Terms & Conditions, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of this Agreement. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically for updates.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the btrpkr platform.
• "Balance" means the current PKR amount held in a Player's btrpkr wallet, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive values credited to an Account by btrpkr subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by the Player directly into their btrpkr wallet via an accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of real-money or bonus bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the btrpkr website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management tools.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by btrpkr before withdrawal processing or at the Platform's discretion.
• "PSL" means the Pakistan Super League — the primary domestic T20 cricket competition in Pakistan, for which btrpkr offers dedicated betting markets.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to hold a btrpkr account and use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account;
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of the btrpkr platform is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a current or former employee of btrpkr or any of its affiliated companies or licensed game suppliers;
• Not be self-excluded from the btrpkr platform or from online gambling generally through any self-exclusion programme;
• Not have had a btrpkr account previously closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

btrpkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, the Account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed pending resolution. In the event that an Account is found to have been held by an underage individual, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

4 Account Registration and Verification

To access btrpkr's real-money gaming services, you must register a Player Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one btrpkr Account. Registering multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers) is strictly prohibited. btrpkr uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and any balances — including winnings — across all associated accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btrpkr login credentials. You must not share your account password with any third party, nor permit any other person to use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawal requests — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify btrpkr support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

KYC Verification: btrpkr reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and where applicable, documentation supporting the source of funds deposited. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

btrpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Accepted payment methods are JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. btrpkr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited subject to the respective bank's processing timelines. Minimum deposit amounts are published within the btrpkr Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. btrpkr does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification;
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same Account;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money Funds associated with a bonus can be withdrawn;
• btrpkr targets withdrawal processing within 1–4 hours for verified accounts; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may vary based on payment provider availability;
• btrpkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

btrpkr offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The availability and terms of each promotion are at the sole discretion of btrpkr and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier and contributing game percentages applicable to each promotion are stated at the time the promotion is offered or within the relevant promotional terms. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn, and no withdrawal of Real Money Funds associated with that bonus can be processed, until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

Bonus Abuse: btrpkr operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include, but are not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies to artificially meet wagering requirements (such as hedging or matched betting), and exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

Promotional Eligibility: btrpkr reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of btrpkr and its associated companies are not eligible to claim player promotions.

7 Gaming Rules and Betting

btrpkr offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, international cricket, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, and instant games. All games and betting markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game supplier or betting engine, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

Cricket and PSL Betting: All cricket bets placed on btrpkr are governed by the betting rules published for each market at the time the market is offered. Void market rules, settlement policies, and in-play bet acceptance standards are applied as stated within the relevant market information. btrpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was created in error or that contained incorrect odds.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, btrpkr's position is as follows: bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned; game rounds that have fully completed before a malfunction will be settled as displayed. btrpkr's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all game categories on the platform.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games on btrpkr. Limits are published within each market and game interface and are subject to change at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btrpkr platform:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own details or using altered personal information;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated bots, scripts, data-mining tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or underpublished vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in casino or poker-style games to manipulate outcomes;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to obscure the origins of illegally obtained funds;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or the use of non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or back-end infrastructure of the btrpkr platform;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening btrpkr support staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

btrpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Circumstances in which btrpkr may exercise this right include, but are not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• A legal or regulatory obligation to restrict the Account;
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, and btrpkr reserves the right to apply dormancy fees in accordance with the published fee schedule.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request the closure of their btrpkr Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any outstanding fees or pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Responsible Gaming

btrpkr takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account Settings section of the btrpkr dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum login session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing the duration of your current session and your net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Apply a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from the btrpkr platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. btrpkr will use reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from opening new accounts.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the btrpkr platform — including but not limited to the btrpkr brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and data structures — is the intellectual property of btrpkr or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the btrpkr platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any btrpkr content; modify or create derivative works based on any btrpkr content; use any btrpkr intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of btrpkr's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btrpkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the btrpkr platform or any content, service, or feature thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, btrpkr is not liable for:

• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the btrpkr platform, including odds, game outcomes, or promotional terms;
• Losses caused by interruptions to the platform arising from maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or events outside btrpkr's reasonable control;
• Losses caused by the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers, banking system outages, or KYC verification requirements;
• Any tax liability incurred by the Player in their jurisdiction of residence as a result of winnings received through btrpkr.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions operates to exclude or limit btrpkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which btrpkr holds its international gaming licence. By using the btrpkr platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

Complaints Procedure: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first submit a formal complaint to btrpkr via the live chat support channel or by email to [email protected]. btrpkr will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 working days. If the matter cannot be resolved through this internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate to the independent dispute resolution service designated under btrpkr's gaming licence.

14 Amendments to These Terms

btrpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via email notification to the registered address and/or by a notification displayed upon login to the btrpkr platform.

Continued use of the btrpkr platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.

The date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions became effective is stated at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes.
